1. Who we are
Victory Concrete & Courts builds backyard and commercial sport courts across Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it.
2. What we collect
- Information you give us: first and last name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and the type of court you are interested in.
- Information collected automatically: the marketing campaign or ad that brought you here (including UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers such as fbclid and gclid), the page you landed on, your approximate location derived from your ZIP code, and basic technical data such as browser type and IP address.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not ask for payment card details, Social Security numbers, or any special category data on this site.
3. Why we use it
- To contact you and schedule your free on-site design consultation.
- To confirm the phone number you gave us is a real, reachable number, and to screen out automated and fraudulent submissions.
- To determine whether your ZIP code falls inside our service area.
- To measure which advertising and which version of this page produce genuine enquiries.
4. Verification and anti-fraud services
To protect this form we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a human and not a script is submitting the form, and Twilio Lookup, which confirms that a submitted phone number is valid and identifies the line type. These providers process the relevant data on our behalf.
5. Advertising and analytics
This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and our own first-party counter to measure how many advertising visitors submit the form. Cookies are used to remember that you have already been counted, which version of the page you were shown, and whether you arrived from an advertisement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the form will still work.
6. Who we share it with
Your enquiry is stored in our customer relationship management system and is accessible to Victory Concrete & Courts and the marketing agency that operates this funnel on our behalf. We also use hosting and verification providers as described above. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained in our customer relationship management system for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. The temporary backup copy held alongside this website is deleted automatically after 60 days.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. To make a request, email info@victory-concretega.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
9. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. The backup copy of your enquiry held alongside this website has its phone number and email address encrypted at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
