1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any request you submit through it. By using this site or submitting the form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is for
This site exists so homeowners, HOAs, builders and commercial property owners can request a free on-site design consultation from Victory Concrete & Courts. Submitting the form is a request for a consultation. It is not a contract, a booking, or a quote, and it does not commit either party to any work.
3. Information you give us
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that the phone number and email address you provide are yours to give. Do not submit anyone else's contact details without their permission.
4. Consent to be contacted
When you check the consent box and submit the form, you agree that Victory Concrete & Courts may contact you by phone call, text message and email about your project, at the number and email you provided, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further texts. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting us at the address in section 9.
5. No guarantee of pricing or availability
Nothing on this site is a price quote or an offer. Scope, materials, site conditions and schedule availability are established during the on-site consultation and confirmed in a written agreement. Timeframes described on this site are typical, not promised.
6. Photography and project images
Project photographs on this site show work completed by Victory Concrete & Courts. They illustrate workmanship and finish options. They are not a representation that your project will be identical in layout, size, color or cost.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photographs, logos and design, belongs to Victory Concrete & Courts or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
This site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Victory Concrete & Courts is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
9. Contact

10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies.
